Pu’uwai – Ancient Hawaiian Spiritual Practices –  2-Day Workshop

Participants will be introduced to the HA, the Hawaiian energy system. Through a series of visualization techniques and interactive exercises, William and Kahu Brian will enable participants to expand and engage their perceptions. These daily tools will allow you to begin connecting energetically to your surroundings. By learning these ancient traditions and practices you can have an “aloha” lifestyle right here.

Participants will:

• Learn the foundational values and beliefs of Pu’uwai
• Begin connecting and working with the HA (energy)
• Learn daily practices to become connected and balanced throughout the day using the HA
• Engage in ancient paradigms of consciousness that include all of your ancestors and spirit guides that surround you every day
• Connect to your spiritual and emotional self, finding the balance which brings the sacred self into harmony with the mind and body.

Road Map to Consciousness 8-Day Retreat

Level One:  THE HEART OF AUTHENTICITY

This experiential retreat is held on the North Shore, home of big surf and country landscapes far from the noise and distractions of Waikiki.  This retreat expands on the work in the 2-day workshop to include deep inner work. Participants will also see and experience some of the sacred environment that is Hawaii.

These retreats bring together some of Hawaii and the world’s best healing arts practitioners as well as a community of people from all over the world dedicated to following the living pathway of love in their lives.
